Shipping
Shipping your package
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping costs may vary depending on the delivery address.

Our products are seasonal, handcrafted, and prepared, so orders cannot always be processed quickly.
We typically ship within 2 business days of receiving payment, and packages are shipped via courier with tracking and drop-off without a signature. Whichever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include handling, packaging, and postage. Handling costs are fixed, while shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend grouping your items into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders placed separately, so shipping costs will be charged for each. Your package will be shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.

The boxes are adequately sized, and your items are well protected.

On-Site Pickup
You can always pick up your orders directly from GB Agricola at no additional cost, by appointment. Your order will be ready and packaged.
Returns
According to the law, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return any ordered Products already delivered, without penalty and without specifying the reason.
Since GB Agricola also sells products with a high risk of perishability, it also accepts the following conditions.
Fresh Products
According to the law, the Customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the case of
a) custom-packaged or personalized goods (e.g., cured meats and delicatessen products);
b) goods that by their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (e.g., fresh and perishable food products such as fruit, vegetables, and delicatessen products);
However, GB Agricola accepts the following conditions: the customer has the right to cancel the purchase of fresh goods at risk of perishability if, upon opening the package, the product appears altered or no longer meets the specifications specified at the time of purchase.
The right of cancellation for products at risk of perishability may be exercised by sending a written communication via email to amministrazione@gbagricola.it within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
The communication must include: the order number and date, the customer's name, a description of the products being returned, and photographic documentation of the condition of the products upon receipt.
GB Agricola reserves the right to assess the actual deterioration of the fresh product upon return. If no deterioration is found, the customer will be notified and the price paid will not be refunded.
The right of cancellation applies to the product purchased in its entirety; Returns cannot be made for only part of the purchased product; shipping costs for returning the item are the customer's responsibility.

Other Products
For all other products, the customer may return the items within 14 days of receipt by sending a written communication to amministrazione@gbagricola.it.
The communication must include: the order number, date, customer's name, and a description of the items to be returned.
The right of return is subject to the following conditions:
- The right applies to the product purchased in its entirety; returns cannot be made for only part of the purchased product.
- By law, shipping costs for returning the item are the customer's responsibility.
- The customer is solely responsible for shipping until receipt is confirmed in our warehouse. We are not liable for any damage or theft/loss of the item during transport, and the responsibility lies with the courier.

GB Agricola will refund the customer the full amount already paid, deducting the cost of returning the goods, within 30 days of receiving the returned goods.
The right of withdrawal is forfeited if the essential integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents) is not met.
